Michael Eide, President and Co-Owner of Eide Homebuilders, started the company over three decades ago with his Brother, Co-Owner John Eide. Michael runs the office administration and day to day practices to keep a timely home build management process. What can’t you say about working with Michael Eide, you will never leave a meeting without feeling lifted up and a smile on your face. Michael works tirelessly to exceed the expectations of his clients and to build dreams into constructed homes. Building this team has been no quick process and the investment into his staff is paramount. Michael likes to spend time with family, find a good hike and occasionally a brewery on his off time.

John is one of the owners and founders of Eide Homebuilders, starting the company 37 years ago in the town of Lynden, WA. His expertise has always been in the excellence of craftsmanship as he manages all on-site teams. Working on site with clients, John enjoys finding the best solutions and closest concepts, designs that clients dream of in the build process. He partners with Michael Eide in all components of managing the business. John enjoys relaxing with his wife and family through the weekends, exploring all Kittitas county has to offer. You will find John as genuine as his spontaneous laughter which he brings with him every day.

You can’t help but have a better day after spending time with Marti Eide. She wears a different hat every day of the week as the Office Manager for Eide Homebuilders. Marti and Michael Eide have been married for 37 years now, mother to two wonderful grown kids and their dear spouses. Her favorite part of the job, making sure every employee knows how much they are appreciated! Her favorite ways to spend time away from work, long walks by the river, long soaks in the hot tub and the newest hobby, brewing Kombucha!

Mikal Eide, Project Management and Client Relations are right up his ally. Between his career in construction sales/management and residential home building now, he has a diverse offering to the team. Starting from loading & unloading the wood piles on the job, to on-site responsibilities and now being involved in office administration & client relations, Mikal has only learned from the best. You will find Mikal on any body of water, fishing, out hunting or traveling with his lovely wife on his time off.

Randy is an intricate part of the Eide team. He has been involved in the building industry for 20+ years. His passion is finish carpentry, you’ll see this in his work as he manages these stages of the build. You might see Randy taking his dog on walks through South Cle Elum or riding his motorcycle and traveling with his wife on the weekends.

Zac Eide (John’s son) has worked in construction for the last 10 years. From Bellingham to Honolulu to Suncadia, construction has been in Zac’s blood. Raised in the industry, he spent his childhood in the wood shavings of new construction, always with an eye on his father’s craftsmanship. Zac’s knowledge of construction, strong work ethic, his calm, kind demeanor and his ability to keep positivity the norm on sites makes him a huge player to the Eide Team. You will always see him with a new task which is vital to the complete homes you see. Zac thoroughly enjoys the outdoors. You can find him hiking, snowboarding, camping, and photographing wildlife in Kittitas county in his time off.
